“ I’ve been a fan of Pizza Girl sauces for a while so I was so excited when they opened a pizza shop. They DID NOT disappoint! The pizza is down right crave-able. The staff is so friendly, the vibe is charming and bright, and the pizza—INSANE. I cannot believe Pizza Girl was able to improve upon their already perfect sauces. But they did! By making bomb pizza with it! I don’t live on the west side but I will be making regular trips just to get my Pizza Girl fix. ”
“ Amazing experience at Pizza Girl yesterday and today! The pizza was phenomenal – crispy crust, fresh toppings, and the sauce had fantastic flavors. Hard to believe it's only their second day in business! Sara and I loved it so much, we had to spread the word. Highly recommend! The manager Carla was extremely helpful! I provided her with my contact information, give me a call! I would love to help your team expand the business! ”
“ In September, I took a solo trip to L.A. for my 30th birthday. My first meal was Pizza Girl, and I am so thankful it was. It set the tone for the wonderful, week-long trip and was truly the best pizza I have ever had. I had one slice of the Bella Bianco, which I’m only able to identify two months later while writing this review because the picture I took of my slice actually looks like the picture on their website. This is so rare for a restaurant and is a testament to Pizza Girl’s quality. Pizza Girl is connected to Hotel Irwin, located between Venice Beach and Pacific Avenue. On the corner off Pacific is the outdoor, walk-up window where you order. The young woman who helped me was very warm and welcoming. I opted to take the pizza back to my hotel, but they have a detached area with indoor seating. The slices are sizable, and prices are super reasonable. I was actually shocked by how inexpensive it was—especially after tasting the pizza. I’ve always thought pizza was incredibly overrated. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel a bit and have had pizza in Italy as well as NYC, all of which were good but nothing to write home (or Google) about. There’s one spot I regularly go to when visiting Atlanta but will otherwise opt for a Paul Newman frozen pie. However, I haven’t shut up about my one slice from Pizza Girl since returning home to Charleston, SC. I’m already planning a return trip for the spring and am very excited to share this perfect slice of pizza with my mother. Though I know my own attempts are going to fall short, I’ve put the Pizza Girl Starter Kit on my Christmas list to tide me over in the meantime. ”
“ We came to Venice especially to try Pizza Girl’s pizza. I’m delighted to report it was DELICIOUS. I’m GF & the GF base was perfect, chewy yet crispy. Wonderfully looked after by Joey. Next visit to LA, we’ll be back. May you thrive Three empty pizza boxes left behind ”
“ Very friendly customer service. Lots of pepperonis on the pizza. Good location for a grab-and-go but no place to really sit down and enjoy it. I wasn't prepared to pay over $25 for a pizza and I was kind of shocked when the large pepperoni was 31.00 and that's not counting the tip. I would like to encourage you guys to maybe run some specials and have some incentives to buy more food. I would definitely be a regular if you can adjust that menu just a little bit. ”
“ A driving place with some great food that has a beautiful flavor and is absolutely delicious. The staff were great to work with, and the prices are fair and the mood is Venice Beach: chill and groovy! Highly recommended. ”
